At the top of the space, click the +Apps tab.

In Webex, go to Messaging and choose a one-to-one or group space.

Under Embedded Apps, select the toggle button to disable all apps.

Keep in mind, disabling Embedded Apps will disable Miro including all other Embedded Apps for your organization. If you don't want users to access Miro in Webex Meetings, you can disable it in the Admin panel.

If your organization admin does not have the Miro app enabled, the outside organization will not be able to access Miro in WebexД«y default, Webex users will have access to Miro as an Embedded App.

If your organization admin has enabled the Miro app and you are working in Webex with another organization that does not have apps enabled, the outside organization will still be able to see and participate in Miro.

If the meeting organizer clicks on Stop session, all participants will lose access to the board.

When a Miro board is added to an active Webex Meeting and the meeting organizer has clicked on Open together, all participants will have the ability to view and edit the Miro board.

You will be able to save your board after the meeting by signing up for a free Miro account. You will be able to use most Miro features, with a few exceptions.

If you or someone on your team does not have a Miro account, you can still use Miro in your Webex Meeting as a visitor. Access to MiroвЂ™s app can be turned off through the Webex admin controls. Webex users will automatically have access to Miro in the Webex Meeting space without the need for pre-approval. If you are done working in Miro, you can click on Stop session to go back to participant-only view.Д¬lick Stop session to switch back to participant view Miro board opened in a separate tab on the Webex meeting If you need more space to create, you can pop out Miro into a separate tab. Open together button will allow everyone on the meeting to see the board Click on Open together to allow everyone else to see and access the board. Now, your Miro board has been added to the meeting. Setting up access settings for an embedded Miro board You can choose from edit, comment, view, or private permissions, which will require others to sign in to Miro to access the board. Once you select the desired Miro board, you will have the option to select permissions for your team. Once you sign in, you will be able to see the option to create a new, blank board or select from your existing boards.
